You will manage warranty claims for our dealership, ensuring accurate submission and compliance with manufacturer policies. You'll act as the key liaison between service teams and warranty providers, auditing repair orders and resolving discrepancies to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Warranty Administrator or equivalent in automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service, parts, and manufacturer warranty procedures
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex warranty guidelines
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims daily to ensure prompt payment
  • Audit repair orders for proper documentation, labor times, and codes
  • Serve as liaison with service advisors and technicians to correct errors on repair orders
  • Maintain accurate records of all submitted claims and correspondence
  • Stay current on manufacturer and third-party warranty policies and updates
