🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize Asana ticketing workflow to achieve 99% resolution rate within SLAs.
• Integrate Zero-Trust principles across Google Workspace and deploy SSO/Secure LDAP.
• Enforce MDM and DLP policies to meet CIS benchmarks on all corporate devices.
• Maintain 100% uptime for critical network integrations and resolve SIEM alerts.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of IT Support, Systems Administration, or Cybersecurity experience.
• Deep mastery of Google Workspace Administration and corporate IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience implementing Zero-Trust frameworks including SSO and Secure LDAP.
• Advanced proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Apps Script).

• Experience in high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or PCI-DSS compliance.
• Integration experience with Asana, HRIS, or Identity Providers.
