🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient visits via phone call using Luna Auto-Charting
• Manage own schedule and patient caseload with no productivity requirements

📋 Requirements

• State-specific Physical Therapy license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Current liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
