As a Mejuri Stylist, you'll deliver personalized shopping experiences that redefine luxury jewelry, guiding customers to pieces that resonate with their personal style while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to connect authentically with customers and make them feel comfortable
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Quickly learn and apply product knowledge to style customers
• Meet or exceed KPIs: SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and initiative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences using Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
• Support order fulfillment, BOH organization, and maintain inventory integrity
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and fixture maintenance
• Build positive team relationships and adhere to company policies
