You'll lead the systems architecture and data intelligence for Saronic's People Technology Ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow across the employee lifecycle. You'll build scalable processes for a high-growth startup revolutionizing autonomous maritime platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead evaluation and integration of HRIS, Performance Management, and Engagement tools
• Build automated dashboards and audit processes for people data accuracy
• Implement automated workflows to increase efficiency and reduce human error
• Manage vendor relationships and international compliance with PEO/EOR

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with 5+ in leadership
• Demonstrated success implementing or migrating a major HRIS
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Familiarity with Lattice, Ashby, and Workday
• Experience managing a global or distributed workforce
