You'll join Splend's Sydney CBD team to help customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving through warm phone enquiries. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close, using a consultative approach to identify customer needs and recommend tailored products. No cold callingβjust real conversations and uncapped commission potential.
π― What You'll Do
- Educate customers on product suite and benefits.
- Use consultative selling to understand needs and recommend products.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from enquiry to close.
- Guide new rideshare drivers through the Splend Assist program.
π Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in a formal environment.
- Experience in a high-volume sales environment (50-60 calls per day).
- Proven track record of closing sales deals and upselling.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Automotive sales experience is highly regarded.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working alternate Saturdays.
