💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily operations on our factory floor, managing a crew of builders to ensure throughput, quality, and safety goals are met. You will be the key link between builders and leadership, keeping work moving and instilling a culture of accountability. This role offers a chance to scale factory operations and set the standard for net-zero housing delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day production activities across assigned areas.
• Execute the daily schedule, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Coach and develop builders, driving accountability for quality and productivity.
• Enforce safety and quality standards; conduct daily safety checks.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of construction or manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role managing crews.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• Experience in residential, modular, or panelized building.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Comfortable using tablets and production apps.
