🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building Client Management capabilities
• Shape technical architecture for Client Management services ensuring reliable data sources
• Drive execution of the Client Management roadmap balancing new features and tech debt
• Champion AI processes using tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Glean

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineering teams
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience guiding cross-team initiatives and influencing without authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with investment management applications
• Led development of a core product area in a highly integrated platform
• Comfortable with Slack, JIRA, AWS, UI design tools, GitHub
