💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design of impactful product experiences at 1Password, making security clear and trustworthy for individuals and businesses. You'll own complex problem spaces end to end partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers. This role is ideal for a designer who brings strong product thinking and refined design craft.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design of significant product areas from discovery through delivery
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape roadmaps
• Advocate for customer needs and inclusive design practices
• Mentor junior designers through feedback and knowledge sharing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company
• Hands-on experience with agentic development tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems
• Strong product thinking and ability to make informed decisions

• Experience designing for security, privacy, or enterprise products
• Deep knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
