🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and verify hearing information for accuracy
• Compare details from multiple sources for consistency
• Document and confirm hearing data and attachments
• Send verified hearing schedules and links to attorneys
• Respond to tickets and basic customer service inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 2 years' experience in data verification, customer service, or tech support
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic troubleshooting experience

• Exposure to Claude, Codex, or OpenAI Platform
• Experience in SQL, Python, or Java
