💼 About This Role

You'll join Datadog's procurement team to drive contracts management and P2P optimization. Your core impact will be shaping sourcing strategies and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risk and optimize processes at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and redline vendor agreements including NDAs and MSAs
• Lead contract negotiations and assess risk and business value
• Partner with Legal and stakeholders on compliance and contracting strategy
• Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle and vendor performance

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contracts management
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor contracts
• Strong understanding of contract structures and risk mitigation
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with procurement and CLM tools (Zip, Ironclad, Coupa, Ariba)
• High attention to detail in fast-paced environment
