You'll deliver hands-on technical training to external contractors on advanced HVAC service and preventative maintenance. You'll become a subject matter expert on industry-leading equipment and improve overall industry proficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage large groups of mechanical contractors and technicians.
• Engage in technical discussion on refrigeration cycle and controls.
• Develop and improve course content and delivery methods.
• Assess participant knowledge and adjust training accordingly.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of HVACR experience
• Wiring schematics reading ability
• MS Office skills required
• Public speaking with strong communication skills
