You'll lead clinical program design and strategy for a health tech platform, collaborating with Growth and Product teams. Your impact will drive innovation in digital care management for health plans. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape clinical offerings at a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clinical and digital care management strategy development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new program launches
• Support Growth team in client meetings and sales opportunities
• Monitor and improve clinical program performance

📋 Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification and unrestricted state license
• 5+ years clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship
• 5+ years managed care or clinical strategy experience in payer-facing roles
• Completed US-based residency program

✨ Nice to Have

• Subspecialty fellowship training in Sleep Medicine
• MBA or advanced degree in healthcare-related discipline
• Experience designing innovative clinical programs for payers
