Description

You will own the end-to-end recruitment funnel, from sourcing to offer delivery, while building strong partnerships with hiring teams. Your work will support HelloFresh's global hiring needs and contribute to strategic projects that improve talent acquisition, including AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing all stages of the recruitment process, from advertisement to offer
  • Background in working either in-house or agency hiring
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management
  • Proactivity and hands-on attitude
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills to leverage hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data
  • Experience using ATS tools and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making
  • Creative strategic sourcing approach, skilled in identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment funnel: from sourcing, scheduling, analysing hiring metrics, and interviewing, and delivering offers
  • Develop solid working relationships with hiring teams and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor/partner
  • Support execution of projects to improve and innovate how we attract, assess and hire talent, i.e. via AI
  • Strengthen employer brand and ensure exceptional end-to-end candidate experience
  • Drive Market Competitor Insights and stay up to date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies
  • Champion Diversity Inclusion in Hiring and implement sourcing strategies and recruitment practices that foster diverse talent pipelines
