You'll support food safety and GMP regulations in a prep kitchen and blast chill environment. Your daily work ensures safe food production through thorough checks and documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform CCP checks on cooking and cooling temperatures.
• Complete accurate CCP documentation and records.
• Conduct environmental and food contact surface sampling.
• Perform dish inspections and chemical titrations.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrate food safety knowledge (HACCP, allergens, sanitation, GMPs).
• Passion for accuracy in documentation and checks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1 year of previous food quality related experience.
