💼 About This Role

You'll provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them lead more independent lives in home and community settings. You'll teach independent living skills or assist with daily activities, making a tangible difference in individuals' lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individualized support and supervision to adults with disabilities
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals)
• Teach independent living skills like cooking, budgeting, and household management
• Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and implement care plans
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance

• Experience in Supported Living Services or similar programs
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques
• Bilingual skills
