💼 About This Role

You'll lead the deployment and health of Tulip's multi-cloud SaaS environments, coaching engineers and driving automation. You'll shape the infrastructure roadmap and ensure global scalability. This role offers direct impact on product and culture in a fast-growing AI-native company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployment and health of multi-cloud, multi-region SaaS environments
• Design and evolve cloud architecture for global scale
• Improve CI/CD infrastructure toward fully automated delivery
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS/Azure
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
• Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases, key/value stores, and messaging systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Observability tooling (Prometheus, Mimir, Thanos, Grafana)
• Scripting languages (Go, TypeScript, Python, Bash)
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience
