Description

You will be deeply involved in the end-to-end execution of debt and equity transactions, corporate development initiatives, and investor-facing activities. Work directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders such as global investment banks and institutional investors at a leading Latin American digital bank.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel required.
• Experience working on live transactions.
• High ownership and accountability mentality.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle execution of structured debt facilities, securitizations, private equity rounds, and public markets transactions.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models, perform valuation analyses and sensitivity scenarios.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities; prepare investment committee materials.
• Prepare board materials, investor presentations, and support investor reporting and diligence requests.
• Maintain key trackers (cap table, funding pipeline, covenants, drawdowns) and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
