💼 About This Role
You'll join the Research and Data Intelligence team to transform user research and analytics into clear product decisions. You'll analyze product performance and maintain dashboards to track activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion. Your insights directly influence product directors, designers, and developers through discovery and continuous optimization.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, surveys, workshops).
- Translate research findings into actionable product insights.
- Analyze product performance and maintain tracking dashboards.
- Support digital marketing activities (SEO, content strategy, conversion optimization).
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management and market research.
- Bilingual in French and English with clear communication skills.
- Experience with user research methods (analytics, surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Proficiency in AI tools for research activities.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Understanding of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, e-commerce).
