You'll act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst bridging business needs and technical implementation within complex Salesforce environments. You'll gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business processes. This role offers hands-on participation in functional configuration and exposure to enterprise-level clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce including flows, objects, fields, and validation rules.
• Support functional testing, UAT, and go-live activities.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or similar.
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting functional business requirements.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Telecom solutions).
• Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and enterprise-scale projects.
