You'll join the Technical Operations team to ensure the stability and performance of a global payment platform. You'll act as escalation point for critical production issues, performing deep investigations across application, infrastructure, and data layers. This role offers direct collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Treasury teams at a fast-growing FinTech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Investigate production issues across applications, APIs, databases, and batch processes.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and data to identify root causes and validate fixes.
- Document troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex issues.
๐ Requirements
- SQL proficiency for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to read and comprehend code for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with API concepts and integration.
- Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking tools.

- Knowledge of SFTP protocols.
- Basic understanding of financial settlements and reconciliation.
