💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to agency CIOs and CISOs, translating complex cybersecurity policies into actionable guidance. You'll coordinate security initiatives and facilitate communication to improve security posture across agencies. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise security for a cabinet-level client.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate cybersecurity concepts for agency leaders and non-technical stakeholders
• Coordinate IT security audits and implementation of new policies
• Facilitate communication between Department OCIO and agencies
• Develop and implement security operating models and procedures
• Oversee ISSO SA&A activities for system accreditation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Active CISSP or equivalent certification (CISM, CEH, CASP)
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience
• Minimum 4 years supporting a large Federal agency with FISMA, NIST 800-53, RMF

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree
• Additional advanced cybersecurity certifications
• Hands-on technical cybersecurity experience
• Experience leading FISMA, FISCAM, or OIG audits
