💼 About This Role

You'll lead territory-level go-to-market strategy for Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program, building relationships with detox centers and rehab facilities. Your work will directly expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment in the Raleigh area. This is a founding team role shaping the playbook for a key growth vertical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach 4-5 days/week
• Educate partners on Charlie Health's SUD treatment programs and services
• Collect partner feedback to refine outreach strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve growth motion

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales or business development experience
• Based in Raleigh, NC
• Willingness to travel extensively around the Raleigh area
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
