• Lead and develop a Professional Services team of managers and individual contributors.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for seamless project execution at scale.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive value-driven customer journey.
• Optimize delivery methodologies to accelerate adoption and reduce time to value.

📋 Requirements

• Professional Services team management experience in enterprise environments.
• Enterprise customer delivery experience driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Process automation or BPM or process orchestration background.
• Cross-functional collaboration ability aligning Sales, CS, and delivery teams.
