💼 About This Role

You'll execute end-to-end platform deployments for new customers and onboard log sources to deliver value from day one. You'll train customers on navigating and getting value from their deployed platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for engineers who love seeing things work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end platform deployments for new customers
• Onboard log sources and configure data connectors
• Load and deploy TENEX content into customer environments
• Enable customers through hands-on training

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in cybersecurity, IT operations, or cloud engineering
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Google SecOps or Microsoft Sentinel)
• Experience with log source onboarding and data connectors
• Scripting experience in Python or Bash

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Cribl or OpenTelemetry
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, GIAC, cloud certifications)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
