You'll own full-cycle recruiting for business roles at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. You'll partner with founders and hiring managers to source and close top talent across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. This role offers high impact and the chance to build scalable hiring systems in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and talent profiles
• Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and outbound outreach
• Track recruiting metrics like pipeline health and time-to-hire

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Focus on GTM or business roles in startup or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and relationship management skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Recruited for revenue-generating roles (SDRs, AEs, CSMs)
• Proficient with Ashby, Gem, or similar platforms
• Understanding of GTM org structures
