💼 About This Role

You'll lead all quality functions including QA, QC, NDE, welding, refractory, and coatings for a global leader in combustion solutions. You'll drive quality excellence and compliance with international codes to support the expansion of a world-class manufacturing hub in Wada, Maharashtra. This role collaborates globally and offers strong mentorship and strategic visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead QA, QC, NDE, welding, refractory, and coating functions.
• Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ISO, ASTM, AWS, SSPC, and NACE.
• Oversee NDE activities including UT, RT, MT, and PT methods.

📋 Requirements

• 20–25 years of experience in QA/QC within oil & gas or heavy fabrication.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of international codes such as ASME, AWS, API, ISO, ASTM, SSPC, and NACE.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary quality teams in manufacturing.
