You'll expand EquipmentShare's customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals for industrial tooling rentals. You'll drive revenue through signing contracts and managing RFQs in a territory covering Richmond, VA. This role offers uncapped commission and a company-provided truck.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate revenue by signing rental contracts and MSAs.
- Work with local industrial reps to facilitate RFQs.
- Respond to inbound leads and requests promptly.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships.
๐ Requirements
- 5 years experience in industrial facilities.
- Industrial contract knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Proven superior sales skills and tenacity.

- Knowledge of general rental, pump, power, and industrial tooling.
- Experience with construction equipment rental.
