Description

You will manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, reporting, and account maintenance. You'll work closely with your manager to maximize program effectiveness and create growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in German
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial
• Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting)
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including creative newsletters and updates
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to understand their goals and objectives
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to produce reports, track performance, and analyze data
• Summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to optimize program performance
• Proactively track key metrics and report on campaign performance
• Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met
• Prioritize tasks effectively and keep the team informed
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns and organize tasks by priority
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide proactive support to peers and clients
• Manage risks, track fraud, and ensure compliance with program terms and conditions
• Collaborate with peers and management to contribute ideas for process improvements and training
• Serve as a resource for peers and help drive continuous improvement
