You'll serve as the strategic value owner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, driving deep product adoption and measurable business outcomes while advocating customer needs internally at Trustpilot.

  • Lead strategic onboarding and setup for multi-stakeholder enterprise customers
  • Drive product adoption and deliver measurable business value to executives
  • Achieve high gross renewal rate by mitigating risks and maintaining customer health
  • Partner with Marketing to cultivate case studies and testimonials

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing Enterprise accounts in SaaS
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and retention in complex environments
  • Exceptional executive relationship-building skills including C-suite
  • Comfortable with data analysis to identify trends and risks

  • Understanding of digital advertising/search marketing industry
  • Experience with CRM and success planning tools
