You'll serve as the strategic value owner for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, driving deep product adoption and measurable business outcomes while advocating customer needs internally at Trustpilot.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead strategic onboarding and setup for multi-stakeholder enterprise customers
- Drive product adoption and deliver measurable business value to executives
- Achieve high gross renewal rate by mitigating risks and maintaining customer health
- Partner with Marketing to cultivate case studies and testimonials
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing Enterprise accounts in SaaS
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and retention in complex environments
- Exceptional executive relationship-building skills including C-suite
- Comfortable with data analysis to identify trends and risks

- Understanding of digital advertising/search marketing industry
- Experience with CRM and success planning tools
