💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem. Your expertise will directly impact user experiences and streamline operations, ensuring consumers can easily navigate healthcare options. This role allows you to influence healthcare enrollment processes through innovative digital platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize product roadmap for EDE functionality
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories
• Serve as primary liaison between development and business teams
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevSecOps teams
• Track post-launch optimization metrics and drive improvements

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in product management or product ownership
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs
• Experience with digital enrollment systems or consumer-facing healthcare platforms
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required

• Experience supporting federal or state government IT programs
• Familiarity with APIs and data exchange standards
• Agile Product Owner certification (CSPO, SAFe)
