💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K-8 at KIPP SoCal schools. You'll develop students' oral communication skills to support their educational access. This role involves collaboration with teachers and families to implement IEP goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct treatment to students under SLP supervision
• Implement treatment plans and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings for assigned caseload
• Collaborate with teachers on individualized strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completion of SLPA program from accredited program
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant License
• Minimum 1 year experience working with students in school setting
• Ability to travel across South, Southeast, and East Los Angeles
