🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build agentic systems for audit workflows
• Orchestrate LLMs, tools, retrieval, and business logic
• Own agents across lifecycle: delivery, reliability, performance
• Partner with Product and Design to define capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years shipping production software
• Strong command of TypeScript, Python, and Postgres
• Shipped LLM-powered features serving production traffic
• Built retrieval pipelines and agent orchestration systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
• Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Implemented evaluation frameworks for model outputs
