You'll provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers on WordPress ecosystems, debugging complex issues and improving platform performance. This role offers deep exposure to high-impact enterprise environments.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
  • Debug and resolve complex issues involving WordPress, plugins, APIs, and infrastructure
  • Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices and scalability
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress hands-on experience including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI
  • Proficiency in debugging PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or enterprise WordPress hosting
  • Experience with New Relic, Kibana, or similar monitoring tools
