🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document patient health status using electronic charting
• Collaborate with clinical team for coordinated care plans

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to provide reliable transportation for home visits
