You'll work with the Social Connections team at Roblox to identify opportunities for growing user connections and enhancing social content discovery. You'll design experiments, formulate product strategies, and leverage AI to gain insights into the social network. This role offers the chance to shape the future of human interaction at a massive scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to measure feature impact.
• Architect and build robust data pipelines for analytics and modeling.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to the science roadmap by identifying key areas for experimentation.

📋 Requirements

• Possess or pursuing a PhD in Data Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field, OR Master's with 3-5 years experience.
• Expertise in SQL and scripting languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Proficiency in developing data pipelines with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, Airflow).
• Strong experience in experimental design and causal inference.
