💼 About This Role

You'll support copper and fiber outside plant facility engineering projects, estimating, designing, and planning OSP work while tracking budgets. You'll coordinate with municipal agencies, contractors, and utilities to ensure timely delivery within quality standards. This dynamic role balances technical design with permitting and cross-team collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with officials to discuss road and utility projects
• Locate and identify Frontier facilities for project impact evaluation
• Field/design OSP work orders including copper/fiber designs
• Update design and project systems (FROGS, CAD, Varasset, SiteTracker)

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in copper and fiber-optic telecommunications engineering
• 5+ years in network engineering with fiber record management and permitting
• Skilled in FROGS, CAD updates, and OSP Telecom Construction
• Must reside in Southeast, OH

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Frontier mapping and design tools
• Knowledge of permitting processes with DOT, DNR, Railroad, Pipeline
