You'll build the analytics function for our new delivery operations in Colombia, owning end-to-end analytics from defining KPIs to optimizing delivery mechanics. You'll have direct impact on a new market by leveraging learnings from Mexico and adapting to Colombia's specifics. This role blends analytics with product strategy in a high-autonomy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytics for Colombia Delivery product
• Define KPIs, set up tracking, and build reporting
• Design and optimize delivery zoning, routing, and flows
• Develop ambassador funnel analysis and motivation systems

📋 Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from top-tier university
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Advanced SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Superset

• Experience building analytics from scratch
• Familiarity with ambassador/on-demand workforce models
• Background in logistics or delivery operations
