You'll manage paid acquisition channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google in a fast-paced environment. Your analysis and execution will directly drive growth from 40 million to 100 million users. You'll have autonomy with continuous guidance from senior leadership to accelerate your growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies
• Prepare creative briefs based on performance data
• Support A/B testing for landing pages and funnels

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing
• Familiarity with major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Analytical skills with data/Excel proficiency
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Experience with analytics tools like GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in sensitive verticals (dating, femtech, etc.)
