You'll own end-to-end IT operations at Nevis, the world's first AI wealth management platform, as the primary point of accountability. You'll ensure a secure, compliant, and scalable IT environment while supporting business and engineering teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as single point of accountability for IT operations
• Own administration of Google Workspace and user lifecycle management
• Manage endpoint and mobile device management (MDM)
• Lead operational execution of IT security policies and SOC 2 compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or IT Management
• Proven experience as head of IT operations in a growing organisation
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Experience with identity and access management, MDM, and endpoint security

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Okta, JumpCloud, Jamf, or similar
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams
