You'll support government contracts compliance and employment law matters as part of a collaborative legal team. Your work will directly advance public good by helping modernize government technology. This role offers substantive expertise development across multiple practice areas.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and negotiate federal government contracts and subcontracts
• Provide day-to-day employment law support and investigations
• Conduct legal research on procurement regulations and guidance
• Assist with intellectual property matters including software licensing

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership
• 2–3 years post-bar experience in employment law or government contracts
• Working knowledge of FAR or federal employment laws (Title VII, FMLA, FLSA)
• Strong legal research and writing skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GSA Schedule contracts or HHS/CMS procurements
• Prior in-house experience in technology or government services
• Familiarity with legal technology tools and contract lifecycle platforms
