You will partner with engineering leaders and recruiting teams to build strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates across technical functions at Sigma Computing, a fast-growing cloud analytics platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
• Strong communication skills to engage technical candidates
• Experience with sourcing tools and ATS
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently
• Grit and intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leadership and recruiters to understand hiring priorities
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for technical roles
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies
• Track and optimize sourcing effectiveness via metrics
• Maintain recruiting hygiene in ATS (Greenhouse)
