💼 About This Role

You'll lead a sales region for auto financing solutions, driving growth through coaching and support of Area Sales Managers and Independent Agents. Your core impact is building dealer relationships and executing key business initiatives to meet company goals. This role offers remote work with extensive travel across MD, NC, SC, VA, and WV.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish key business initiatives with measurable goals and milestones
• Make dealer visits and cold calls to capture business
• Recruit and train new Area Sales Managers
• Coach and support Area Sales Managers towards goal achievement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5 years sales experience in auto industry preferred
• 3 years auto finance experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Knowledge of the assigned territory market with existing customer relationships
• Experience in sub-prime auto financing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications
