💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining statutory compliance and strong internal controls. This role offers high trust and precision in a scaling tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for assigned markets
• Manage statutory submissions and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
• Perform payroll checks, reconciliations, and validations prior to payout
• Coordinate payroll vendors, regional payroll partners, and EOR providers

📋 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably multi-country or regional
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability
