You'll be the first line of support for Storyous merchants, helping them fully utilize our modern POS system for restaurants and cafes. Your core impact is resolving issues quickly and empathetically via phone, chat, and email. This role is part of Teya, an international fintech group. ๐ฏ
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support merchants via phone, chat, and email with empathy.
- Manage requests in ticketing system and Slack.
- Own issues end-to-end, escalating when needed.
- Track satisfaction, response time, and other metrics.
๐ Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and Slovak.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple requests.
- Willingness to learn product details.
- Adaptability to work evening and weekend shifts.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support, hospitality, or retail.
- Comfort with technology and various systems.
- English for internal communication.
