Description

You will lead the Account Management team, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth for strategic clients in the Physician RCM space. You'll mentor a high-performing team, serve as an executive liaison for C-suite stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence through performance management and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of progressive experience in RCM or healthcare operations
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing account management teams
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients with C-suite engagement
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of RCM Account Managers
• Serve as executive liaison for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
• Lead strategic business review meetings and planning sessions
• Develop and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting structures
• Drive account growth and retention by identifying expansion opportunities
