💼 About This Role

You'll build the full growth engine from scratch for a D2C oral healthcare brand. You'll own the funnel from paid social to retention, partnering with founders who scaled ventures to £70M+ ARR. This role offers founding-level equity and total autonomy in an AI-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and execute full-stack growth strategy across Meta/paid social, email/SMS, and Shopify CRO
• Own commercial North Star metrics including CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Scale digital presence by identifying and exploiting high-growth channels
• Create content that resonates with younger, digitally-native audience

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on D2C growth experience at a UK challenger brand or performance agency
• Founder-minded operator who is AI-native and moves fast without a brief
• Deeply analytical with mastery of paid social mechanics
