You'll lead clinical programs for children with autism as a BCBA Program Director at a center-based ABA provider. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coach RBTs in real time, ensuring quality care. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Observe sessions and coach RBTs in real time
• Lead caregiver training and family coaching
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, and physicians

📋 Requirements

• Active BCBA or BCBA-D credential
• Master’s or PhD in ABA, psychology, or related field
• 5+ years clinical experience including supervising programs
• Authorized to work in the United States
