You'll join the DACH Field Sales team at Ideals, a global B2B SaaS Virtual Data Room company. You'll proactively prospect and close deals with new customers in Germany. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role with a structured onboarding ramp and strong regional support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed deals
  • Deliver sales targets through new customer acquisition
  • Create opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and events
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in German accounts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of direct sales or business development in B2B
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native German
  • Based in Berlin or commuting distance for client meetings

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • Exposure to selling into financial or advisory environments
  • Additional European language
