• Manage order entry for drop ship orders via Flex and Custom processes
• Verify bookable documents are complete and accurate before booking
• Attend cross-departmental meetings to review and escalate order issues
• Ensure data integrity in Signal/Salesforce systems for customer portal

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of order management experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Background in drop ship order processing
• Knowledge of Hatch portal
